Suzanne Bowles, Chief Strategist

Suzanne is a philanthropy, transformation capital and consciousness co-lab designer. Over 20 years, she has supported dozens of funding collaboratives and grassroots orgs in enacting the world as it should be through new models of funding and value creation.

With Suzanne, new and practiced philanthropists explore emerging innovations such as regenerative fund governance with Indigenous Commons, new models of financing transformation with FEST, and Kinship Return journey work to adapt and recover Western hearts and cultures for this new time.

Suzanne practices and learns along a path of conscious generosity and inter-being. “As we grieve the death of the old systems we make space for the new, listening deeply to each other in new ways and unleashing new potential.”


Gwen Bridge, Indigenous Strategist 

Gwen   is a citizen of the Saddle Lake Cree Nation of Alberta, Canada. She has worked with indigenous peoples in the USA and Canada to improve their relationships with government, nongovernmental and industry groups, foster economic advancement and resiliency and empower communities for over 20 years. She has advanced the protection of indigenous treaty and constitutional rights through land use planning, negotiation, indigenous law, research, strategy development and program management.

Gwen has advised British Columbia on the land use protection modernization process and is the co-author on an updated effective practices guide for Land Use Practices by Indigenous Nations in British Columbia.

Bruni Conte, Social Change Agent

Bruni Conte is a non-binary person based in Brazil's capital. He holds a bachelor's degree in Administration and Information Technology from PUCRS, a project management certification from PMI, a master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of London through the prestigious Chevening scholarship, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Education, Technologies, and Communication from the University of Brasília (UnB).

Bruni is a facilitator and strategist in the fields of innovation, education, and social impact. He has worked with Indigenous Commons, Imaginable Futures, Pan American Health Organization, HP Inc, and governments. 


Tsitsi Maradze, Gender and Inclusion Specialist

Tsitsi believes in transformation systems as a panacea for sustainable development, complemented by good corporate governance, sound leadership and community/citizens’ empowerment as indispensable to lasting social impact. Nurturing strong, collaborative and authentic relationships is therefore the glue that binds everything together for sustainable impact. Drawing on trustful relationships, she challenges and influences the status quo so that those she engages with get out of their comfort zones and are able confront their realities.

Based in Zimbabwe Tsitsi is a rights-based governance specialist, programmer, gender, diversity and social inclusion activist working in the development sector with community and grassroots organisations, churches, civil society organisations, UN and international agencies (including the World Bank), social movements, the Global Fund for HIV, TB and Malaria, and the private sector; Tsitsi has designed, facilitated and delivered customised and diverse participatory and transformational processes that are person centered. She is a good listener, respectful and values individual preferences whilst remaining open to differences.
